When we achieve our goals, we feel like we can do anything. It's that positivity - that total confidence and excitement - that is the perfect mindset to help you develop and maintain the right habits to fullfill your desires.
To complete GOAL Habitude 2, create a simple mantra that will put you in that happy place. Make it one of your daily rituals. Say it to yourself when you wake up in the morning. Remember it when in doubt or whenever you're having a hard time keeping up with your new habits.
