GOAL Habitude 1: Follow the "Quick List Method"

The Quick List Method is incredibly simple and fun! You can do it the old school way with paper and pen or use the attached template and type on your computer.

If you're doing it by hand, divide your paper into 4 columns and write Financial, Family, Faith and Fitness at the top of each column. Now set a timer for 30 seconds ​and write every goal you can think of in their relevant column. The time limit forces you to focus on the things that are most important to you - the things that stay in the forefront of your mind.

So, get started and have fun with it!
